Privacy Policy

Fynbuilt Construction respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. In short: we collect what you send us through the estimate form, we use it to reply to you, and we don’t sell it to anyone.

Information you give us

The only information we actively collect is what you enter into the estimate request form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide one
• The type of project you’re considering
• Any project details you write in the message field

All of these except your name and email address are optional. We use this information solely to respond to your request and discuss your project. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Information collected automatically

Like almost every website, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of the request. We also temporarily record IP addresses of form submissions in order to limit how often the form can be submitted, which prevents automated spam.

This site does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics software. Nothing follows you across other websites. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

Who else handles your information

We use two service providers, and only for the purposes described here:

• Vercel hosts this website and processes the technical request data described above.
• Resend delivers your estimate request to us by email.

Beyond these, we do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with anyone. The only exception is if we are legally required to disclose it — for example, in response to a valid court order.

How long we keep it

Your estimate request arrives as an email and stays in our business inbox so we have a record of the conversation, the same way any email from a customer would. Technical server logs are retained only for a short period by our hosting provider and are not linked to your estimate request.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email zach@fynbuilt.comand we’ll take care of it. There is no account to close and nothing to unsubscribe from, because we don’t send marketing email.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so please don’t send sensitive information — financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or anything similar — through the estimate form. We will never ask you for that kind of information by email.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging construction work. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Links to other sites

If this site ever links to another company’s website, that site has its own privacy practices and this policy does not cover them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
